The Challenge

HSS ProService wanted to strengthen its employer brand and position itself as an attractive place to work within a competitive talent market.

With a predominantly Gen Z audience in focus, the challenge was to communicate company culture, career opportunities, and team dynamics in a way that felt authentic, engaging, and platform-native particularly across Instagram and TikTok.

Working closely with the HR team, the objective was to build awareness, increase visibility among potential candidates, and support recruitment efforts through a clear and consistent organic social presence.

Our approach

We developed an organic social strategy centred on employer branding, culture-led storytelling, and recruitment-focused content designed to resonate with a Gen Z audience.

Through monthly content shoots, we deliver strategy-led, platform-native assets optimised for Instagram and TikTok, showcasing the people behind the business – from team culture and day-to-day life to career progression and the values that define HSS ProService Marketplace.

Content is created to feel relatable and authentic, while remaining underpinned by a clear strategic framework to ensure consistency and impact across both platforms.

By combining thoughtful planning with engaging, social-first creative, we positioned the brand as a credible and appealing employer, strengthening visibility among Gen Z talent and supporting long-term recruitment objectives.

The results

The approach has delivered strong organic traction and meaningful visibility for HSS ProService Marketplace across all social channels.

By consistently producing culture-led, platform-native content, the brand has successfully increased engagement across both Instagram and TikTok, with standout performance including a top-performing TikTok achieving over 92,000 views. This level of reach has helped place the brand directly in front of Gen Z audiences and potential future employees in a highly competitive recruitment market.

Importantly, the content has strengthened employer brand perception by showcasing real people, team culture, and day-to-day working life in an authentic and relatable way. This has supported increased awareness, improved visibility among passive candidates, and positioned HSS ProService as a more recognisable and appealing employer within its sector.
