Pink Spaghetti
The Challenge
Pink Spaghetti operates as a growing franchise model, with over 60 franchisees across the UK delivering virtual assistant services under one brand. However, social media presence varied across locations, creating inconsistencies in tone, visual identity, and messaging.
The priority was to establish a cohesive and recognisable social media standard across the franchise, ensuring each franchisee reflected the professionalism of the wider brand while still allowing space for individual personality.
The challenge was balancing brand consistency with local authenticity, strengthening overall brand perception while supporting individual franchise visibility.
Our approach
We developed a clear social media strategy for Pink Spaghetti, designed to bring consistency across the entire franchise network while allowing each location to retain its individuality.
Through defined content pillars, tone of voice guidance, and a structured posting framework, we established a cohesive brand standard that could be implemented seamlessly by all franchisees. To support this further, we created a set of clear branding guidelines and social media assets, ensuring every franchise had access to consistent, professional, and on-brand materials.
Alongside this, we delivered strategic content creation, producing on-brand visuals and messaging that reinforced credibility and professionalism, while still leaving space for individual franchise personalities to come through.
The result
By combining clear strategic direction with consistent, high-quality content and accessible brand tools, we strengthened overall brand recognition and gave franchisees the confidence and clarity to show up effectively across their own platforms.
To support this at scale, we created an extensive content library of over 100 B-roll videos, edited Reels, and imagery, all designed to be easily customised by individual franchisees while maintaining a consistent brand identity.
Alongside this, we developed a comprehensive “content bible” including content ideas, proven hooks, and a bank of customisable social media assets, supported by clear posting guidelines. This enabled Head Office to seamlessly roll out a structured, on-brand approach across the entire UK network, ensuring consistency without compromising flexibility at a local level.
